Add custom search engine

It would be awesome if a user could input their desired search engine, rather than being forced to choose from the defaults. For instance, I use the Brave browser and search engine.

I definitely agree. I use Vivaldi and Neeva. Vivaldi opens no problem, but I'd love an option to put in a search url with %s to use whatever search I want.

It looks like some work has already started on this in the search provider files.

I tried editing interfaces/interfaces.ts to add a few other engines -- Qwant, Lilo, Stract.. -- but these don't show up...
