Rework include mechanism & add bower packaging

I'm trying to embed these easing functions for a project I'm working on http://noflojs.org to implement this feature : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4rrQGZsGCK0 This pull request bring bower packaging which is what NoFlo uses for its UI.

Yeah, please merge this one in! https://github.com/pleasetrythisathome/react.animate is using it and I can't create a JSFiddle because 'Ease' is not defined!
