Scroll layout and focus issues when 12+ entries are in a Menu

When there are 12 or more items in a menu, the UI starts to become corrupt when navigating.

Environment

• Raspberry Pi 5 (Raspberry Pi OS) (1920x1080)

Steps

1. Duplicate the Kodi or Youtube entry until there's 12 items in the menu
2. Scroll down in the list to highlight the last row
3. Navigate left to the menu
4. Navigate down to Quit (or another menu/command)
5. Navigate back up to the menu
6. Observe the focus border is off
