Abbreviations work only with capitalized first letter

When a word starts without a capital letter, it is not abbreviated ; at least we usually put only the first word in capital letter (sometime also an article before the first word).

The behavior I would expect would be the abbreviation to work whatever the case. Maybe expending the .ldf file would be the easier solution, certainly not the cleanest.
