fit content to mobile screen on most views (that I've noticed)

Hi @thomassth! Thanks for the PR — for review-ability would you be open to breaking up into smaller chunks? Some of the dependency updates, for instance, we'd want to evaluate on their own.

There's been major updates to client-admin so this PR now has many conflicts and would need to be rewritten. However, mobile considerations for client admin are still to be desired 😬
