CAMSA - Can't we run in parallel mode

Is there any thread option to speed up the jobs ?

I am trying to generate the meta-assembly for fish genomes, taking a longer time.

Hello and thank you for your interest in CAMSA. We don't have parallelization in CAMSA at the moment. If you have performance issues I would suggest that you try to ensure that your single job run only includes the contigs that can be scaffolded together from any of your input scaffold assemblies. If there are groups of contigs that don't have any adjacencies between any pair of them across the groups, you may process those two groups separately.
