The question relating to whether output is to be sorted or not will not go to the screen when output is redirected. The format of this question should be the same as earlier questions. Redirection of output is essential for a long file .c files with millions of CSFs.

In many cases, the .c file might be generated with the MR list being the first CSFs in the .c file. For iccut purposes, it is necessary to have this MR list remain at the beginning of the file. Probably it would be extracted but then the output could not be sorted. Possibly the easiest thing is to ask the user for iccut information and then sort only the CSFs that follow the MR list.
