rmcdhf_mem meminfo on MacOS
The new rmcdhf_mem codes are really great, but they are currently limited to GNU/Linux systems due to the use of /proc/meminfo to obtain the memory usage. We should try to come up with a way to obtain this info in a more general way. If there is no obvious solution, given how many are using GRASP on their Mac laptops, we might have to remove this nice feature...
Any ideas?
