Copy classes function

A useful feature would be to be able to copy the classes in compas slicer. We could add to all of them a class.copy() function that returns an independent copy.

This for example would be directly useful for testing, so that each test has its own copy of slicer + print organizer, and we can make sure that they don't affect each other.
