Tri elements for OpenSees

Quad element ShellNLDKGQ works fine, but both ShellNLDKGT and ShellDKGT give an "Unrecognized element" error on 2.5.0 Windows version. Both are coded but commented. tri31 works but is a simple non-linear element.

Hi @andrewliew I would like to suggest you to have a look at ASDShellQ4. They are part of opensees 3.2.1 and they work in large displacement
