Updates on project settings and invoke tasks
A bunch of necessary updates on the 'boilerplate' of the project:
- Changed max line length to 120 (match core)
- Switched changelog and readme to markdown syntax
- Moved requirements outside of
setup.py
and intorequirements.txt
- Refactored
tasks.py
to usecompas_invocations
instead
