Broken footers in docs

Check out the footer of https://gramaziokohler.github.io/compas_fab/0.17.1/examples/01_fundamentals/01_frame_and_transformation.html

This should look more like the footer of https://compas.dev/compas/latest/gettingstarted.html

It seems that the footers are not universally broken, but rather for enumerated chapters/sections of the contents.
