Could you try with latest upstream Sodium 1.16.x/next? https://github.com/CaffeineMC/sodium-fabric/commit/9fbf07a2f88476ce4663cef73060c2c43267b05b

If that still doesn't work, try this change: https://github.com/comp500/sodium-fabric/commit/626e0496958e39d0034b79d308b45cad882495d5

Also test without Lithium and see if that fixes the issue.
