Wrong rendering and flickering

Bug Description

I have that strange bug that if i break smth. or place and if i walk normaly my world rendering is doing smth. strange. In the donut smp server there are no bugs idk how.

No log? You likely have outdated Intel graphics drivers and can reproduce this issue without Indium
