i'm running linux with the xfce window manager and x11 display manager with 2 screens and all my graphics drivers installed i have an old nvidia gpu i'm running kali linux with default settings basically. they provide prebuilt virtual machines if you want to use for testing the mod works but the xfce taskbar remains visible in borderless fullscreen

I'm planning to change how the mod works on Linux, see https://github.com/comp500/BorderlessMining/issues/64

It also minimises on KDE if set from within MC, but if KDE shortcuts or windowrules are used it works! PS: I read somewhere that Gnome and KDE are the biggest and according to GoL Gnome has a slight lead for Wayland systems and KDE a compfortable lead with X11, so as of this year or last year KDE(or Plasma to be precise) is the biggest Desktop environment most likely(also used on the SteamDeck, which is not included in the GoL numbers)

I'm on Arch with KDE and X11, having the same taskbar visibility problem. It does not minimize though, just the taskbar.
