Yes. That is because units have no wind up for firing, except from turning into the right direction. If they had, this would be EZ, since one could use PREATTACK...
What makes one too large and not the other too small? There's no rule that they all have to be the same size.
Healthbar is required to show which object is selected. I don't think there is a way to not show object texts for selectable objects, and I think it is ok.
