Small changes to load easily on the fly the dicoms exported in a directory.

Thanks a lot for your quick and VERY interesting reply.

We already have a mechanism in our software which sorts the slices per location, sorting by names was enough during my tests but maybe it's not the case with other datasets.

I'm trying to add this export function in our side using the Dicom Browser API, I'll let you know if we still need to do some changes in CTK.
