FlagSecureHelper: Test appcompat-v7

Create a new test activity that uses AppCompatActivity, Theme.AppCompat, etc. Also migrate to it for the action bar. Test everything on it, to ensure that the action bar backport and widget wrappers are still covered by my fixes, and that my fixes do not collide with any trickeration performed by appcompat-v7. Test this on 23.4.0 with plans to test again on future versions of the library.
