Better Docs, Tests Around name

Per issue #35:

• Add docs to point out that name should be a simple identifier (no spaces, no punctuation)
• Re-emphasize in docs that the name in XML needs to match the equivalent value in the Uri
• Add tests to see what happens if name has spaces, punctuation, or Uri reserved characters (e.g., /)
