Mark folder as already uploaded

Mark folder as already uploaded if all pictures inside have been uploaded already. Would have to find out what is the best trade-off between CPU consumption and accuracy. We would also have to find a reliable way to figure out whether a folder's content has changed or not, and ideally what files have been added.

Visually it could be greyed out, with Commons overlay icon.
