Allow pasting in custom locations

What is the user problem or growth opportunity you want to see solved?

My workflow involves sending photos from my work account to my personal account, where Commons is installed. Sometimes, the location data is stripped, and I have to re-add it.

Right now, I do this by opening the web page and adding the information by copying and pasting from my photos app. It would be much easier if setting the location at upload time could be done by pasting in coordinates, rather than by moving a map around.

How do you know that this problem exists today? Why is this important?

This makes it much slower for me to upload images, because I have to manually set the location. This means that I have to use both the Commons app and the website.

Who will benefit from it?

Anyone who uses a workflow like mine will benefit, as well as anyone who uses numerical locations.

Anything else you would like to add?

It would be helpful if we could not only set locations like this at upload time, but also from the edit view.

@cambo14 Could you please work on a bug, as detailed at https://github.com/commons-app/commons-app-documentation/blob/master/android/Volunteers-welcome!.md#developers ? Thank you for your understanding!
