[Bug]: Upload says it fails, despite uploading and appearing in the list
Summary
Any file I upload via the commons app will currently say that it has failed. However the image will be uploaded and edits after the upload will also happen.
Steps to reproduce
Upload an image Enter data about the image Wait for the upload to run
Expected behaviour
Only 1 entry in the list for the image, and it shows that the upload has succeeded.
Actual behaviour
Duplicate entry in the list. One of which says upload failed

That often happens to me as well, however I have not found a 100% sure way to reproduce the problem. Does anyone know a 100% sure way to reproduce the problem? That would help developers.
I actually had a few in the past days that suceeded just fine, but its now gone back to failing. I believe (maybe) that I logged out and in to resolve https://github.com/commons-app/apps-android-commons/issues/5036 for myself, and that also made this issue go away for a bit. But now it is back.
If I had to guess, but have no easy way to check, one of the many API calls that happens during an upload process probably returns some unexpected response? and the app then thinks it fails? but also, its already got far enough to have uploaded the image, hence it appears in the list.
