Easy to copy/paste copyright/license text
Browsing Commons is often done for the purpose of using an image (for instance to paste into a blog article).
When using an image, the license must be stated, and the author's name, depending on the license. It is not obvious, so we should help users have the right license/etc notice. We can generate it automatically from the media's metadata and show it to the user in her language, in a textbox or something that can be easily copied from.

I think that when we currently submit images, the licence is pre-populated in the app (CCby4?). Does this solve the problem, or do we still need this ticket open?
@chrisdebian No. This is about reusing, not uploading.
