In the gallery, mark some images as "TODO"

I am not sure how to word this, but in a user's uploads gallery we could display a kind of "TODO" icon that shows images that might be targets for improvement.

That would provide something to do to users who just open the app without having a picture to upload.

Possible improvements:

  • Add a description (if none has been entered)
  • Add a latitude/longitude (if none has been entered)
  • Add categories (if none has been entered)

The user should be able to discard the TODO, for instance a picture of a smartphone taken in my home does not need latitude/longitude.

Needs to have #161 done first I think, but sounds like a great idea otherwise!
