Collect dist links

In this issue we need collect the main distributions over world like: xach, shinmera, bodge and so on.

I'll list some I already know of.

  • [x] cl-bodge, by Pavel Korolev: http://bodge.borodust.org/dist/org.borodust.bodge.txt
  • [x] cl21, by Eitaro Fukamachi: http://dists.cl21.org/cl21.txt

cl-bodge's dist uses a replace parameter (see link) upon dist import, this is probably related to forcing Quicklisp to fetch packages from cl-bodge dist, upon conflict.
