Docker and Windows WSL

At windows, docker and WSL combination is little bit confusing. I think "Docker Desktop for Windows" and WSL2 is kind of problem. It looks like that workflow starts execute very slowly. But I didn't find actual cause.

One possible solution is install docker on WSL. But people already install the "Docker Desktop for Windows" If we have a chance, we try to understand actually what happens such a case
