Create new figshare for CWL 1.2 and link from the citations

Similar to CWL 1.0, have a figshare for the latest standards. Is there a CWL account, or is it OK to do it under an individuals figshare account?

The original upload was made using my personal figshare account.

We have 2 choices, as far as I can see:

  1. upload to figshare as a revision to get a similar DOI (…/m9.figshare.3115156.v3 for CWL v1.1, …/m9.figshare.3115156.v4 for CWL v1.2)
  2. upload to Zenodo then we can add metadata to indicate the relationship between all the DOIs (and other goodness)
