Release commitizen v5
Description
We accidentally released v4 some time ago, while we probably should have discussed more on https://github.com/commitizen-tools/commitizen/issues/1073.
Since time has passed since the issue, I believe it is worthwhile to create a new problem to track what we want to include in the next major release.
