Media enhancements
Allow opening either a system gallery interface or an inbuilt one to Commet. Should be optional due to invasive permissions.
A camera shortcut to take a picture in the system camera app and send the result would be convenient.
Allow recording and sending a voice message, as well as (I'm guessing this is the hard part) proper audio playback in chats to listen to them. (Microphone permission already exists for calls)
The + icon next to the message box in chats could be used to open a little menu, e.g.
- File
- Gallery
- Camera
- Voice note
ideally we could use Embedded photo picker to have a gallery of media to pick from inside commet, without requiring any invasive permissions, but would take some hacking to get it working with flutter I think, for now i've done a quick implementation with the non-embedded photo picker, which is a good step in the right direction I think
