[Feature] Option to automatically /myroomnick and /myroomavatar upon editing profile to help bridge bug

The bug in question being: non bridged chats are fully up to date on my profile:

But in bridged chats it takes forever for it to realise (this is a bridge fault not the app, but is fixable per room using the commands myroomnick and myroomavatar)
