Reactions are not updating/Can't be removed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Commet
2. Click on "Add Reaction" on a message
3. Select a reaction
4. See Reaction
5. Click on Reaction again
6. Reaction doesn't go away

Expected behavior The reaction should go away and remain consistent across any client.
