Show only defined price rows

Don't show price row, if row doesn't exist. E.g. if shipping country is not set, there won't be any taxes, any shipping cost or any gross total price. then only subtotal is show and cart discount, if available.

That reduces ambiguity when showing taxes/shipping 0 EUR.
