[assistant] input field validation activates immediately when interacting with the chat box and not necessarily the input box

we received the following feedback from an internal user.

When the assistant gave answer and I click on it the answer to select text, the input field validation immediately activates and shows the "required field" warning. It's nothing critical, but looks a bit unprofessional
