Province/state field is required for all countries

Description

We can't go to the next step if we don't fill in the province/state field.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Fill in the address form and choose a country like France
2. Leave the province/state field blank
3. The submit button is disabled

Expected Result

The province/state field should only be required for countries like the United States and Canada. It would be best to show it only to those countries.

Actual Results

The province/state field is required and visible for all countries.

we can plan to add a settings for that, so that you can show the field only if there are predefined values for the country. I'll update the issue once we will tackle it

Hi @malessani Would you happen to have any updates on this situation?

Right now is not given any error feedback, the "Can't be blank" message is not showing up and is very confusing for the user.

Hi @rodrigobarona we should be able to add a setting to make the field optional per market. I'll keep you posted
