[Feature]: In-game Time Display

Describe the Request

Can a display for in-game time be added? Ideally, this should be a 12 or 24 hour clock, but internal time value would be satisfactory.

Additional Context

I currently use a datapack, but it interferes with server messages (specifically, messages related to inability to sleep because of time or mob proximity).
