If you have this issue it means you need to properly update ComfyUI. If you are on the standalone you should run: update/update_comfyui.bat
ComfyUi only re runs nodes if something changed so if you queue the same prompt twice it won't do anything.

The first and second ones you can ignore. The last 2 are because you are using a lora that's not compatible with SDXL.

Try installing the driver that's linked in the readme along with the latest vcredist.
