default loading workflow (with errors) always opens. cant stop it. help please

Expected Behavior

want to open compfyUI with a default clean workspace.

Actual Behavior

it always opens a workflow which i messed up installing, cant get rid of it. it always opens this workflow. i tried to install the missing nodes, i tried to save it, delete it, i tried to open another workflow and saved it. but still everytime i start copfyUI it opens this messed up workflow. how can i get rid of it, to open with a clear space, or a different workflow, which works ?
