Initial generation takes an extremely long time (approx. 40 minutes)

When I first open Comfyui, the creation time for the first image I generate takes excessively long (between approximately 40 to 50 minutes). However, the subsequent image generation times return to normal (creating in around 40-50 seconds). How can I resolve this issue? I am sharing my CMD:
