i believe they are connecting issues. but i am not sure. the lora is not working as expected, and i cant fix it. Please help!

I don't know about the start up error, I am getting that also but, the Lora issue look like you are trying to use a Lora that was made with SD1.5 with and an SDXL model(or the other way around).
