Hi,
I'm not seeing a live preview of the image being generated in the Ksampler when using the Flux.2 Dev model. I've seen other people complain about the same problem. I'm using ComfyUI portable, v0.3.73 and frontend v1.30.6.

If you update to latest git version with the update/update_comfyui.bat you should see them.

I'm having the same issue. In Comfy Manager you can change Preview Method to None and the sampling steps will start working again. I'm definitely trying to get previews working though. I just updated my ComfyUI like 10 minutes ago before starting it up.
Edit: my Comfy versions while having the issue ComfyUI version: 0.3.75 ComfyUI frontend version: 1.32.9
I just updated and have other workflows that i used immediately before the update were talking 15 minutes before no changes and now every work flow i have that touches ksampler node somethin crashes and i get the "reconnecting" error. EDIT: this is also not Flux.2 workflows, i mean any workflow using Ksampler.

Oops! You are right. Still shows error with the correct models though. 😥 Please see the screenshot below. Preview Method is set to "Auto" in Manager. Is this correct or should I change it?
I'm having similar issue, just different error code and happens to every model I use (sdxl, z-image, wan, qwen): AttributeError: 'Latent2RGBPreviewer' object has no attribute 'latent_rgb_factors_reshape'

TAESD normally only works with SDs and a few other, I don't think it ever worked with Flux Wan or Qwen
TASED did work with qwen image and wan, fwiw. I am having the same error as others as long as I have the VHS node preview method on anything except none, whereupon I get no previews at all.
I just pulled updates again and TASED is now working with flux 2 as well.

Hi. Good to hear it is working for you. Can you kindly elaborate? What do you mean by "pulled updates"? You updated via Manager, the "update_comfyui.bat" file, or in some other way? Can you describe the procedure? I've just updated ComfyUI again via Manger first and then from the "update_comfyui.bat" and now I don't get any errors with TAESD, but there are no live previews either.
Apparently the problem is not Comfy-UI related. I had kinda the same issue, more similar to @thangquay347 's one. Disabling "Video Helper Suite" nodes from the manager solved the issues with Flux\chroma\Z-thing generations EDIT: Ok, think I solved the issue: Just remove the "VHS" from custom nodes, open comfy manager, reinstall THE NIGHTLY version of the node... Voilà!

I've disabled all nodes by adding the --disable-all-custom-nodes parameter in the startup BAT file. It still doesn't show live previews with Flux.2 Dev for me... :(
EDIT: The problem appears to be resolved now! I just did another update via "update_comfyui.bat", installed the nightly version of the Video Helper Suite node, and with enabled "TAESD" previews I can now see live previews with Flux.2 Dev!

I've noticed that when refreshing the browser, the preview method in the manager automatically defaults back to 'none'. This behavior is not observed in my working version.
I am also experiencing this issue with latest update. I tried reinstalling VHS helper nodes- nightly and disabled all custom nodes, still no preview. I can't figure this out because I have another instance of the same comfy version where the previews do work, which means its not a custom node issue?? Anyone else?

Apparently this option will be moved to native comfy at some point. Try adding the flag
--preview-method auto
to your run .bat file. This fixed the non-working one for me. I still dont understand why it wasnt broken in my other instance, but I guess if it aint broke...
