Add a description field to the prompt edit dialog. Show prompt change description in the experiments view to show metrics vs prompt Show prompt change description in the graph popout when mouseover datapoints

Motivation

commit has no user actionable info, the prompt text is also not suitable for larger than minimal prompts. What is interesting when optimizing prompts is the prompt change description.

Because there is no additional fields I tried to put a bunch of information in the experiment name, but this is also truncated. Maybe selection list what the user can see in the popout(or whatever the correct name is)
