[FR]: Implement a unified internationalization solution for front-end projects

Proposal summary

The current project requires manual collection and replacement of all hard-coded files, and requires translation, which is very costly. Can opik achieve unified internationalization?

Motivation

• Internationalization from English to Chinese or other languages
• Collect all hard-coded texts and self-translations in the project to generate translation.json, and then internationalize it through i18n
• Facilitates the international promotion of opik, allowing developers in other countries to use it out of the box

Hi @ruixuancao , this is a great idea and ill add it to the backlog. at the moment our main focus is English we do support a few languages in our readme like https://github.com/comet-ml/opik/blob/main/readme_CN.md
