[FR]: UI - Ability to Tag multiple traces at once within a Project

Have the option to select several Traces within a Project and Tag them all at once.

Motivation

This is particularly useful when tracking an LLM-based app in production. After applying filters, you may want to tag multiple traces at once, as doing so individually can be time-consuming and inefficient.
