Histograms flickering as I scroll down the page

Describe the Bug

I'm logging histograms of my weights, biases, as well as the gradients of the layers. As I scroll down the page to inspect them, the screen auto-refreshes which puts me back at the top again. This seems to happen primarily with experiments that are still running. When I inspected the same experiment after I had stopped running the program everything settled down.

This experiment did not log any ... assets

pops up (as one might see in Audio/Text if no data was pushed there)

Note: this seems to only happen on the "histograms", not on anything else like "panels" or "charts"

Expected behavior

No flickering

Where is the issue?
