Window popup support for CSS/JS Inject

Thank you for making this extension, it is super handy that it live updates and remembers what you write 👍

It can however, be a little cramped to write the code, in the small popup window. Tt would be awesome, if I could open the editor in its own window, so it can be resized and doesn't close when I click away.

It would be great if it remembered your last tab I'm almost always using JS and it's a "real 1st world problem" to have to always go to that tab Thanks
