Adapter für Staubsaugeranschluss drucken.
Diverse Werkzeuge haben einen Anschluss für die vorhandenen Staubsauger (Liste?). Diese haben allerdings oft unterschiedliche Größen. Hier könnten wir entsprechende Adapter Drucken.
Gute Idee, das mal aufzufrischen - ich hatte vor einer Weile mal eine Liste auf der Wiki-Seite vom Staubsauger (https://wiki.comaking.space/Shop_Vac - Link ohne Gewähr) angefangen und werde sie gleich mal so weit ichs im Kopf habe aktualisieren :-)
Für die meisten Werkzeuge passt der Festool-Schlauch jedenfalls schon, aber wir haben noch einige "auf Halde" die wir mal reparieren und dann mit Adaptern bestücken können.

Für die Exzenterschleifer (#25) will @johannesgo mal schauen, ob er noch einen passenden Gummischlauch auftreiben kann.

Den werd ich am Mittwoch für #15 mal drucken. Wenn der soweit passt werde ich ihn im Wiki bei den Staubsaugern verlinken - inklusive Werten für unsere beiden Staubsaugern (das design ist parametrisiert, lässt sich also einfachst anpassen)
Hier hat jemand einen Adapter aus ein paar Sperrholzscheiben gebastelt, um einen alten Festo-Anschluss genau wie an unserem Exzenterschleifer (#25) zu "konvertieren": "Feines aus Wuppertal" (gibt auch ein Video)
3D-gedruckte Lösungen brauchen zwar erstmal etwas mehr Arbeit, erfreuen aber sicherlich auch einige Leute außerhalb unserer Community wenn man sie veröffentlicht ;-)
Wir brauchen einen Adapter für die Spanhaube der neuen Kreissäge (#139) und einen Stopfen für den kleinen Ausführgang am Fuß (den könnte man sonst vielleicht auch drechseln & mit Silikon überziehen oder so)
EDIT: @Johannes09 hat einen Adapter für die Bamato-Absaugung gedruckt :-) Gibt es da vielleicht noch die STL fürs "Archiv"?
Fehlen hier eigentlich noch Adapter? Ansonsten könnte man hier ja auch mal zumachen :)
Die Liste im Wiki ist soweit ich weiß aktuell - dringend wären vor allem mehr Adapter für die Schleifgeräte :-)
Neben dem Bandschleifer sehe ich den größten Bedarf gerade bei der neuen Akku-Oberfräse (Makita DRT50). Hat jemand Lust, da Adapter zu designen?
Der Bandschleifer dürfte etwas komplizierter sein (rechteckig auf rund), die Fräse braucht nur Reduzierstücke.
Das Design ist ja fertig in fusion und parametrisiert - da müsste man nur ausmessen und die Parameter eintragen, dann kann man's drucken.

- [ ] Bosch EXPO 2000: Needs a redesign
- [ ] Scroll Saw
- [ ] Router Table (Top): Needs a redesign
After this, this issue can be closed
The scroll saw should have a rubber adapter that fits nicely without custom parts, is that missing again? I've found it on various other machines in the past...

It does have a rubber adapter. However, that rubber adapter does not fit nicely with the festool shop vacs :-)
Fits nicely if it is used in the right direction :-)
I think people just keep "borrowing" it for other tools and don't pay attention when returning it, we could simply zip-tie it in place?

This is still pending. When putting this on the Agenda, please be aware that the adapters need to be designed / printed in a way that our shop vacs can be locked onto it.
There should be a design template in our Fusion Team. I think @Johannes09 can add people to the Fusion Team if needed

Yes, it is still up to date. Also, in my opinion, the Scroll Saw would benefit from an adapter. The existing rubber adapter is not really nice. But that´s just my personal opinion, feel free to check on site yourself :)
If anything from the list has been solved in the meantime, you'll see when you connect a shop vac: no tape or other cheating should be needed and the printed part should be used without alterations (e.g. router table: the part was ground down one side after printing, now it is beginning to break)

As we are going to update the Prusa firmware, this would be a great test that they still work. Are there ready STLs for us?
