Documentation for new users

While #106 will provide an entry point for new users, we should also plan additional documentation for our http://columnflow.readthedocs.io page. We can use this issue to assemble some topics for that.

I'd suggest to use that one for public documentation and the GH Wiki pages for everything that is not user related (contribution instructions, CI setup, etc.)
