This must be removed in the RC1 clean for GSMA. Yes it's fully obsolete.

@CsatariGergely that could lead to an issue as all RST file must be included in doc. Deleting all toc includes could put lots of rst out.

it seems working if latex_engine = 'xelatex' (https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/guides/pdf-non-ascii-languages.html) It deserves a deep dive to check any side effect

I would suggest the full opposite (see Functest) Ideally Anuket wiki should rather load files from git tree.
