Diversion supported filter lists formats

Hey there I have just released Diversion 5.0 and it now also supports Dnsmasq conf files. Beside the traditional hosts and domain lists, Diversion now supports Dnsmasq specific lists. Supported are address=, server= and local= conf file format. Thanks for updating the list. decoderman, aka thelonelycoder
