Range State Window no calculating correctly

Hi,

I was working with the range state window early today and had trouble with certain CAN IDs in particular 0x0CF00400 (EEC1) which would not plot the Engine Speed variable (graphical representation). Even though I put in the correct parameters that would select it. I have attached the sample data I was using and a video of my inputs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
